1. School Picture Day

Our photographers work with your school to ensure a smooth, well organized photo day with minimal disruptions.
We spend the extra time up front to ensure satisfaction. Wet wipes, combs and mirrors are provided.
We can work with administrators to determine a photo day schedule, eliminating the need for P.A. disruptions. Your staff will appreciate how smooth photo day can actually be.
Staff is photographed from 7:30am onward, at their convenience.
Our state of the art portrait lighting equipment and digital cameras are balanced to enhance skin tones and colors by providing soft illumination and sharp images.
All photographs are 100% guaranteed. Our retake policy is the most liberal in the industry – no student is discouraged from returning a picture package for a retake.

2. School Day Products and Services

Traditional Services we provide for your school include:

Digital bar-coded ID Cards – custom designed, sorted to your school specifications.
Colour Pictorial Directories – sorted to your specifications.
Yearbook Images either on CD or die cut to size required
Large 20×30 Full Colour Staff Composite.
Complimentary photo packages for staff.
Desk Calendars for office staff and administrators.
10% commission, including retakes.
Digital images that can be imported into applicable school database systems. We can provide images for Chancery Software, Windsor Corporation, WinSchool, Sasi, BCeSIS, SIRS and Mac School.

3. Turnaround Times

You can expect the following turnaround times.

Digital Bar-coded ID Cards – 1 week or enclosed with student packages.
Student Photo Packages – 2 weeks
Colour Pictorial Directories – 1 week (one copy only) – remaining copies 1 week after Retake Day.
Office File Photos, Database Images, Yearbook Images – 2 weeks
Staff Composite – 3 weeks from Retake Day
Emergency printing within 24 hours.

4. Pre-Flight Organization

Detailed Action Plan created in an easy to use format.
All promotional materials are delivered well in advance. (Posters, pre-pay envelopes, secretary’s handbook)
Right Photography produces pre-Printed Camera Cards from information provided by your school just 5 days prior to photo day. This ensures the most current and accurate data is used to produce all school services. We also have an effective, efficient procedure to change student data during photo day. This process guarantees accurate timely products and services for your school.

Yearbook

Images on CD

School Day images are available on CD format to match your yearbook publisher specifications.

Team and Club Photography

We are available to photograph teams and clubs for yearbook purposes.
Images are captured with a digital camera and written to a CD on location at your school. This provides for immediate viewing of images and selection for your yearbook. When the photographer leaves your school – the job is complete and in the hands of the yearbook staff.

Yearbook Reports

The Yearbook Advisor is provided with a report listing all students photographed. Reports are generated for both School Day Photography Sessions and Graduation Photography Sessions.
All photography sessions are scheduled with yearbook deadlines in mind.

Turnaround Time

School Day Images are provided 2 weeks after the Retake Day
Team and Group Photography is provided on the spot for digital production books – one week for paste up books.
